My Football Journey
Football has always been part of who I am. Growing up, the game surrounded me; my mum was a goalkeeper in Ghana, and my brother played for the QPR academy before our family moved to Milton Keynes. Like most kids, I was completely football-obsessed from day one.
I attended Leon School and Sports College, where I played regularly for the school team and spent a short time with Heelands Rangers. While I enjoyed playing, it was during Year 9 that I discovered my true passion: coaching. From that moment, my focus shifted toward developing players rather than being one.
Determined to take coaching seriously, I completed NVQ Levels 1–3 and earned my FA Level 1 and Level 2 coaching badges by the end of sixth form, laying the foundations for a long-term career in football development.
Coaching Path
My coaching journey truly began at MK Galácticos, where I was given my first real opportunity to lead a youth team. I’m incredibly grateful for that chance. Over time, we built something special, developing into one of the strongest teams in Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire.
We competed regularly against academy sides such as MK Dons and Norwich City, winning league titles, cup competitions, and reaching the JPL National Cup semi-finals, a moment I remain especially proud of. More importantly, I saw players grow technically, tactically, and mentally, which reinforced my belief in high standards and detailed coaching.
Ebbs Elite Coaching
In 2017, at the age of 22, I experimented with 1-to-1 coaching. While valuable, I realised my strength and enjoyment lay in group-based, high-intensity sessions, so I paused the idea to refine my vision.
That vision became reality in 2021, when I officially launched EBBS Elite Coaching (EEC). The mission was simple but powerful: raise technical standards and help players maximise their potential. Our motto reflects everything we stand for:
“Technique Above Everything.”
Since then, EEC has grown rapidly. I’m proud not only of how far the brand has come, but of the players, families, and coaches who are part of the journey. Every session is built on detail, discipline, motivation, and belief.
My long-term goal is to become a world-renowned motivational and technical coach, and for Ebbs Elite Coaching to grow into a global brand, helping players at every level unlock confidence, quality, and consistency in their game.

My Journey in Football
Football has been a lifelong passion for me. Born in Paris, France, I fell in love with the game early and joined my local team at six, following my older cousins. Playing in France was fun and formative, building a strong foundation for my love of the sport.
At 11, I moved to England and continued playing with MK City while attending Leon School & Sports College. I got my first coaching experience by helping my PE teacher with school teams. Balancing playing and organizing was tough, but it sparked my interest in leadership and development.
Academy Experience & Coaching Path
At 12, I joined the MK Dons Academy and, by 16, earned a two-year scholarship. During that time, I completed an NVQ, a Level 2 Football Coaching certificate, and a Level 3 Sport course. Though I didn’t get a pro contract after my scholarship, my passion for football stayed strong. I moved into coaching with MK Dons, leading PE lessons, after-school clubs, holiday camps, and development centres. Over the years, I’ve worked with various age groups at the pre-academy level, helping players grow and move up the ranks. Seeing them succeed has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.
Joining Ebbs Elite Coaching
When Ebbs Elite Coaching (EEC) launched, I saw an opportunity to make an even bigger impact. 1-on-1 coaching let me focus deeply on the technical, tactical, and mental side of player development, pushing me to grow as a coach. Now, as part of the EEC team, I’m committed to helping players maximise their potential, build confidence, and take their game to the next level. Whether it’s working with aspiring pros or experienced players, my goal is to provide top-quality coaching that truly inspires and develops the next generation.
