Cancellation Policy
Ebbs Elite Football Camp – Terms & Conditions 1. Bookings & Payments All bookings must be made using the official registration form. Full payment is required prior to the camp start date to confirm your child’s place. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 7 days or more before the camp start date will be eligible for a full refund (excluding shirt cost). Cancellations made within 7 days of the camp will not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. If a camp day is cancelled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to reschedule or provide a credit toward a future camp. 3. Medical & First Aid All coaches are first aid trained and qualified to respond to minor injuries and incidents. Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies upon registration. Any medication must be clearly labelled and handed to a staff member at drop-off. 4. Behaviour & Safety Ebbs Elite Coaching reserves the right to remove any child from camp whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. Camp staff are not responsible for personal belongings—please do not bring valuables. 5. Clothing & Equipment Children must wear the Ebbs Elite Camp Shirt each day. Suitable footwear (football boots and/or trainers), weather-appropriate clothing, and a waterproof jacket must be brought daily. A packed lunch and water bottle must be provided, as lunch and drinks are not included. 6. Photography & Media By registering, you consent to Ebbs Elite Coaching using photos or videos taken during the camp for marketing purposes. Please notify us in writing if you do not wish your child to appear in any media. 7. Liability While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, Ebbs Elite Coaching is not liable for any accidental injuries or loss of property during the camp. 8.
